How do I reset my password?

On the Login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. If an account exists for that email, you'll receive a reset link. Note that accounts created via Google, GitHub, or Apple Sign-In do not have a password to reset — sign in using the same provider you originally registered with.


I'm not receiving the verification or reset email

Check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there after a few minutes, email us at contact@authdemoapp-jec.com with the email address you used to sign up and we'll look into it.


How do I enable or disable Face ID / Touch ID login?

Go to Settings inside the app and toggle Biometric Login. You'll be asked to confirm with a biometric prompt before the change takes effect.


I'm not receiving push notifications

Make sure notifications are enabled for the app in your device's system settings. Push notifications also require an active internet connection and a valid session — try logging out and back in if the issue persists.


How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Delete Account inside the app, type your email address to confirm, and submit. This permanently deletes your account and all associated data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
