These terms and conditions apply to the Auth App (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Juan Castro (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a free service.

Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify the Service Provider immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use the Application for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Application or its associated services. Automated access, scraping, or abuse of the API is strictly prohibited.

Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or its trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate it into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

The Application uses third-party services for authentication (Google, GitHub, Apple) and push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging). Your use of these features is also subject to the respective terms of service of those providers. The Service Provider is not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. They reserve the right to modify ordiscontinue the Application at any time and for any reason without notice. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone. Such actions could compromise your device's security features, expose your stored credentials, and may result in the Application not functioning correctly. Biometric login depends on the integrity of the device's secure enclave and will not function on compromised devices.

The Application is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Service Provider does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Application.

The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. You are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
